Seireitei. A generally peaceful place has been plunged into chaos by the defection of Captains Gin Ichimaru, Sosuke Aizen, and Kaname Tosen. After leaving these three form the elite group of Hollows known as the Espadas. With the creation of this group and the power that they wield it is certain that a war is about to take place in the soul society and ts going to require everyone to stop it. After the rebellion, Aizen was sealed off and sentenced for 18,000 years of prison in Soul Society...
200 years have past from that time. Soul Society was peaceful and a fragile balance of power was kept where none of the sides could openly battle as it would lead them to annihilation. To strenghten their position the shinigami took a great risk and salvaged the Hougyoku from Aizen's body. The hougyoku shattered into dust which led to an experiment... Chosen shinigami were infused with a bit of the hougyoku, granting them more power and probably the strength togo on. But an unknown force broke into the Seireitei and stole the rest of the Hougyoku. The intruder was killed, his body vanished but the shards of Hougyoku scattered around the world, leading it into chaos once again... Some fell into the hands of Vizards, some were obtained by the Arrancars, and a bit was recovered by the shinigami but those were not all of them... While some pieces of the Hougyoku still remain hidden, an unknown force started to move to gather all the pieces and reform the Hougyoku no matter the cost, killing the hosts and everyonewho became close to the shards...

The balance is now held by 4 groups
One of them is the Seireitei and it's 13 Divisions
The other one is the lord of Hueco Mundo and his Espadas
Third is the new generation of Vizards who bear a grudge against Soul Society and Hueco Mundo
And the last is a group of outcasts. Members of each of the 3 groups who exiled themselves and now form a loose group not bounded by any orders

Rules

No God-Moddding Captains are capable of taking hits. One infraction of this rule is a warning after that you will be subject to the council of 46(aka the mods) and you will either be banned or suspended for a set amount of time.

Respect the mods and other Rpers in the guild. Again you will be warned if you violate this and the second offense is sent to the council 46

Follow the Gaia ToS. This will constitute an immediate ban from the guild. We will not take the fall for your inability to control yourself. That said keep everything pg-13.

Everyone must post a profile within a week of joining the guild no exceptions. There will be formats available for you to follow and it will make the process alot easier.

Joining the guild!

Having made it this far you must be wondering what you need to do in order to join the guild. Well there are three things needed to be accepted into the guild. Just follow the format bellow and you should be accepted in no time.

Why do you want to join the guild?
Do you do much RolePlaying?
Provide a sample of your role playing skill.
Put the password at the end.

There you have it! If you follow these steps within 24 hrs you will have a response from a mod who will confirm your status as a member of the guild.

Payment Of Members

This nifty little idea is to keep all of the members active in the guild. There is a payment scale that will allow any person involved with the guild to aquire gold in return for their loyalty. The payment that one will recieve increases with level. The lowest you can get paid is 100 and the highest is going to be 1000. With that in mind I hope you will have incentive to join the guild. There is only one drawback to this plan it requires that members donate to the guild mule which will have an inventory of all funds posted in a special subforum for everyone to see. These payments may be used in the Guild shop to buy special items for yuor character(not Gaia items but RP items) which will make both the rank advancement process(you will be able to purchase a Tenshintai which will allow you to gain Bankai much faster) as well as the missions involved with the stroyline easier.

Guild Funds

Although the guild does not require a join fee it would be useful to donate to the guild mule so that fun events may be planned and enacted as well as any changes that need to occur within the guild. If you join there is no requirement to donate but it makes everything go a lot easier.

Special Rules

1 There is a Reiatsu scale in effect and nobody is exempt from it. This goes for the new members as well as the older members. Only those with special permission are allowed to have abilities before they reach the required posts
2 There will be monthly Captain tournaments where current captains will have to defend their position against those who wish to challenge them.
