A dangerous substance, released into the atmosphere of Geno due to a meteor crash 10 years ago, is about to be discovered by an ex-samurai with a devious plot on his mind. He has plans to create a breed of warriors known as the SWAT Soldiers. These SWAT Soldiers are said to be made completely by the power of the meteor, along with human DNA to create an elite being. This substance has already been discovered by the prestigious Photon Corporation, who has been keeping their eyes out for the trace of the meteor within the people.
Meanwhile, already in the works of the ex-samurai’s group of operations, known as the Dark Ring, others are taking advantage of this time as they aim to use the 'Dark Force' for the opening of a portal to an old yet destructive monster-like empire, creating the Chaos Warps. So far, this plot seemingly creates chaos and destruction in their wake as they aim to achieve the ‘'Ultimate Destiny' of Geno. But, people are not aware of this, thinking that the story of the Dark Force and the Chaos Warps is just that—a story. A fairy tale to tell their children to go to sleep at night; merely any type of threat.
Off to the distant place of the Zaon Empire, a sixteen-year-old boy named Jaxen Mihuru accidentally comes into contact with a nearby weakened ball of light and gets an upgrade for his frail body… the power of Phaonin, the Phoenix of Rebirth. Alongside his friends, Jaxen is leaving his technology-less country to the bustling technology-based cities of Wardling and beyond.
