It is exactly 121 years sense the rule of Kira and L, and most people have forgot the Death Note has ever even existed. Even though many notebooks have fell down to the earth, most people have either been to scared to use it more then one or more times or have killed them self's because of the power the Death Note has over you in the beginning. Now for some reason at least one Death Note has fallen from the Shinigami realm and looking for a home...
