Chachika's can be made to look like, well, alien-ish kind of doll or like humans, in this case an anime charactor, you're avatar etc. So, if you have any anime person that you want the Chachika to look like make sure to post a picture of that charactor with your order form. If you wanted one to look like a certain person then you would need to fill out the third order form.
