How to Order
To place an order, simply use the order form posted below. PM a filled out orderform to me, and send a trade for the correct amount of gold. If you do not send the trade, I will not start the doll. You do not have to confirm the trade until I am done with the doll.
NOTE: I usually choose the pose and doll type in order to make it look the best, but if you see an example in a pose that you like, and would like me to do yours that way simply include the address to the one you're refering to.

[b]Add ons:[/b] (Add ons are things like text on a keychain or pictureframe, or hearts surrounding a doll etc. )

[b]Final Price:[/b] (Add up everything, including add ons, and put the total here. I will check your math!)
