About Honesty Rates All:

Honesty Rates All is a place for you to get rated. So pretty much, its another avatar ratings thread. But, theres a point to this thread; We only rate people honestly. We will give you an honest rating, and most of the time give advice.

This thread is also for chatting and bumping. Bumpers are absolutely adored! heart

I also give out small prizes. See the 8th post for more information on that.

The Rules:

- Follow the TOS like a good boy or girl.

- Don't advertise. And, No long Bump posts!

- Don't freaking strech the page! That gets me really mad.

- Do not get all upset because we gave you a low rating. We are just being honest and fair.

- Be literate! If you don't know what that means, don't post at all.
If you are not literate in any form of way, do not post at all.
Warning: [~Fly~] gets very mad when people are not literate.

- Only the workers can rate! So, don't rate us just because we rated you.

- None until Honesty Rates All opens again. -

Helpers are people that can Rate, Answer any questions, and tell me if anyone broke the Rules. Helpers are very helpful and loved. These people are pretty much in control when [~Fly~] and panda87 are not around. If you would like to become a Helper, PM me a filled-out Helper Form. The Helper Form is posted on the 6th post.

I will be giving small Prizes to people that post 1st on the page number I say. The Honesty Rates All Workers are not allowd to receive any prizes (sorry).

The first person to post on Page 450 gets 100 Gold!
