Introduction

I am Krystalinn, I used to be called D8402L but that name sounded like a robot so I changed it.
I've been on Gaia for a little over a year, and I really enjoy being on here. When I first joined
I wanted to help people, but I knew I didn't have enough gold to start a charity, nor did I have enough time
under my belt, so I waited. After awhile I decided to put the dreams of a charity on hold. Fast forward not to Jan of this year.
My wondeful BF Tamriel and I were talking about charities, and we both wanted to start one, so I began saving with a mule, and he helped me too smile .
Now we are here and starting the charity.

I want this to be a fun laid back place, so feel free to come in and chat biggrin .

RULES!

1. Obey all Gaia's Terms of Service.!!
2. No flamers!! Flaming will result in insta-blacklisting, and I will be sure to let other charities know my blacklist 3nodding
3. If you are going to bump, one bump in each post is suitable. I don't want people spamming up the thread. Also if you bump please number them smile .
4. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT PM me, Tamriel, Priori_Critico, or anyone else posting in this thread asking for donations. This will result in insta_blacklisting.
5. Please don't be a n00b. Try to speak in the most proper english you can. This also mean, refrain from whining and saying you "need" gold, because no one needs pixels.
6. Do not beg in this thread. In order to get a donation you MUST fill out a donation for, and you must meet all the requirements.
7. Please say thank you in the subject line when you get a donation, and do not complain if someone get's more gold then you. It depends on how impressed I am with your thread.
8. Please request a donation only once. This includes mules. If we find you have been using mules to recieve more donations you will be insta-blacklisted and reported for scamming!
9. If I feel something is being abused, or something arises and I feel new rules are necessary I will add them.
10. Have fun and enjoy your stay heart

If we donate to you please link us. Trade will not be confirmed until there is a link back here, on your front page.

If a link is not added or the trade has not been confirmed, and there is no good reason (Tamriel and I are the judges on if the reason is good) the trade will be cancled and you will not recieve another donation

While we are at this point I would like to bring up:

No one "needs" gold or pixels. One may desire to obtain an item (wish to get an item), but there is no need involved. It may seem mean and rude for me to say this, but if you come into my charity and tell me you need anything I will ignore you. To further clarify, there is a difference between "I need 1000g more to finish my quest." and "I need 1000g gold because I'm naked." (n00bish has been translated for reading ease). One is stating the total amount necessary to achieve one's goal, the other is placing far too much emphasis on pixelated items. A need something required for survival such as food, water, and shelter. As you can plainly see, Gaia gold and avatar clothing are not on that list. So I repeat, if anyone comes into this thread, say they "need" gold they will be ignored, or I may point them in the direction of the door. Continuing will result in being black listed, and continuing further will result in me reporting the person for harassment. If anyone has any questions on the differences between a need and a want please feel free to PM me, I will gladly give you the definitons of need and want.

Requirements

You MUST be two (2) months old and have 350 posts, that are mostly intelligable. I don't want to see 200 billion BUMP posts.
You MUST have a quest thread
You MUST have 40% of you quest complete, if you are close to 40% your attitude will determine whether you will get on the waiting list or not.
Your thread must be 10 pages long BEFORE you post a request.
You MUST post in this thread 5 times BEFORE you post a request.
You MUST have a well organized, well thought out quest thread. If we do not think you have put enough effort in your thread we may not donate to you.
and as if this needs to be said:
You MUST submit a request form. Any requests for gold that are made not using the form will result in insta-blacklisting.

News and Updates
This is probably the biggest thing I've done on here so I'm crossing my fingers that things go well ^_^.

Well so far things are going great, everyone is so nice, and we haven't had any major problems smile .
I'll be out most of the day tomorrow, but Tamriel may be on to check the applications and such, if not I will be on later in the evening (Eastern Standard Time). I'll try to get on as soon as I can smile .

Nothing big or noteworthy has really happened. We reached 100 pages which is awesome!! Hmm, so far I don't think anyone has gotten any rares from this thread, but let me know if you do I'll start keeping a tally 3nodding

I got a pinklink just before I we to bed so that's pretty awesome. Any rares I get on this account will go towards my quest. Once I finish that all the funds I get on this account will go to funding the charity again.

Ok so the funds aren't completly getting low, but if I keep getting donation requests and no donations I'm going to have to drop my quest, which will be sad, but I'll live. If anyone is reading this and they can spare even just a few gold taht would be awesome, and you will be loved forever.

The Newbie Clothing Drive</center>

Remember what it was like being a newbie? Remember seeing all these people with really cool avatars? Remeber what it was like not having enough gold to buy clothes? We've all been there. When I was a newbie I had no one to help me out. I never though I would ever get anything good, but I worked hard and got to where I am now.

I believe that hard work is the way to go, but I don't think people should be required to wear nothing or peasant clothes because they are new and too poor to buy anything, so that's where the clothing drive comes in.

We are accepting clothing donations to give to worthy newbies.

Tamriel and I will scout the Welcome to Gaia section for newbies we deem worthy to recieve a donation. Donations will be random, so please do not request clothing donations in this thread.

All donations are greatly appreciated and will be put to good use 3nodding smile .
