If you are new to gaia (first day) please go HERE.

For Gaian Apartments:
1. Follow the TOS.

2. Don't post 14g posts (not allowed on gaia anymore) or spam.

3. Do not advertise for your site/shop when you post (unless in your sig, of course.)

3. Don't flame people! Even if they are new, they're just confused and most likely need help. Just lend a helping hand if you can--Flaming is unneccesary and just makes an argument bigger.

4. Don't cuss people out. Occasional anger is okay, but try not to direct it at any Gaian here.

5. Be kind and have fun.

For the Gaian Home Forum:
These are GUIDELINES, not the actual rules, excluding the T.O.S.
1. Follow the TOS.

2. Never spam in Gaia Homes.
a. Why?
Doing so will have you bombarded with flames and usually reported.
b. Your name will be shunned under blacklists.

3. Don't make a home with makeshift items or less than 2 items in it while asking to be rated.
a. Why?
Again, you will most likely be flamed. Also, if people do decide to rate you, It's not likely people will rate you seriously.

4. Dont make "need furnature!!!plz donate" threads.
a. Why?
They belong in the charity forum.

Yes, you are allowed to apply for a lobby room, ect.

1. You must have a gaian home!
2. Please do not have your PMs disabled!
3. Please do not have your friend applications disabled, or add Gapart to your friendlist.
4. Do NOT post an application on the forum!
5. Your apartment must look decent, and if not, you can LEASE an apartment (reserve one). A leasing application looks different than a normal application and is listed below.

IMPORTANT: Your apartment MAY contain makeshift items, but they must have a purpose, sorry if this is confusing, but the idea is to have nicely furnished apartments. You MAY use makeshift as an accessory, ect., just not all completely makeshift.

-Makeshift items; Just like flame clothing (unless used appropriately)
-Same Colored Wall and Flooring Seems neverending (like there are no walls)
-Using MANY mismatching colors Unless using a scheme, mismatching colors MAY seem unorganized and in some cases ugly.
