<center>Life Stages</center>

Dogsharks have three life stages: Baby, Puppy, and Adult. It takes a while for a Dogshark to grow (I want RPers to have time to RP their pet at each stage! 3nodding ). Dogsharks cannot breed until they are fully mature.

A note about Generation 1 Dogsharks: Generation 1 Dogsharks (the first eight baby Dogsharks sold, the two wild normal adults, and the 3 special Dogsharks given to a couple people as thank-you presents) will mature faster than the next Generations. They also have unknown genetics, which means that when you breed Gen1s, you could get anything!

IMPORTANT! You must RP your pet at least once in a while. You don't have to go all out, but you should try to stop in at least once a week, even if you just want to say hi. The more you RP your pet, the faster it will grow! If you never RP your pet at all, it won't grow! crying RP may influence your pet's appearance. If I don't see you in a month and I can't contact you, your pet may be put up for adoption crying

<center>Breeding</center>

Dogsharks can breed once they are adults. I will open mating spots periodically which can be purchased. Dogsharks do not have to be wildly in love in order to breed, but they should at least know each other and be friendly towards each other. whee Dogsharks have litters of 3. You can keep, sell, or give away 2 of the pups, but the third one will be sold in the shop. We have to ensure genetic variety! whee

Dogsharks can breed once every 3 weeks.

How smart are they?

Dogsharks are very smart, and might even be able to learn human speech. o_O You'll have to teach them, though!

Can Dogsharks DIE? crying

Only if you RP them to die. o_O Neglected Dogsharks will just be put up for adoption.

Can Dogsharks come on land?

Sure.

Is co-ownership allowed?

Yep!

Will there be special kinds and colors?

Of course! At the moment the only strangely-colored Dogsharks belong to a few people who helped me with something-or-other, but special kinds and colors will be showing up very soon. I will also be making color-change potions and things like that available.

Can I sell my Dogshark?

I'd rather you didn't. neutral But talk to me and see if we can work something out.

How much does it cost to change something (pet's name/owner's name)on the cert?

I'll change the cert information for free.

Are these all custom-colored?

Yes. :3

Why don't you use Photobucket?

Photobucket has betrayed me far too many times in the past ;___;

Why do I have to RP (at least once in a while)?

I don't want to spend my rare free time working on a pet for somebody who may not even be using it anymore. neutral

<center>Special Events</center>

The Dogsharks Shop will be participating in the Halloween celebration! A special edition pet will be entered into the raffle, and special edition items will be sold. Everyone who posts in the shop during the festivities will recieve a free goodie. xd

All owners who post Trick-or-Treat! in the thread starting Oct 29th (Friday) will get a hat for their Dogshark (witch hat for females, wizard for males). They will also get a trick or treat bag! The contents of the trick-or-treat bag (a randomly chosen item) will be revealed after Halloween is over.

All non-owners who post Trick-or-Treat! in this thread starting Oct 30th (Saturday) will recieve their very own "minipet" for free. Trick-or-Treating owners will recieve a minipet as well if they want one (it will appear in your Dogshark's cert).
