Welcome to The Hope Foundation!
How it all began:
Once upon a time there was an angel. She wished to share her good fortune with the deserving and good hearted. She searched out worthy questors and bestowed upon them the ability to fulfill their hearts desire. She called herself the Donation Angel.
She happily surprised dozens and dozens of Gaians, all randomly selected, without a thought to her own personal bank balance or wardrobe storage. Her pleasure in seeing the happy and excited response was enough to sustain her through the months to follow.
The population responded so well to her donations, that it became a bit overwhelming to maintain alone, so she hired a staff. This staff aided the Donation Angel in distributing her wealth and good wishes. They enabled her to implement games, contests and prize awards. Gaian's cheered their joint effort.
The newly formed charity was called The Hope Foundation. It's members assisted many Gaian's on their way to achieving their hearts desire through chat, contests and donations. It was a happy, peaceful place and one everyone enjoyed being a part of.
Then the floods came. The sky burst forth and drowned The Hope Foundation in a sea of water so suddenly that the only thing the Angel could do was jump ship and swim for shore, praying her beloved PC would somehow survive the torrent, to enable her to return to the foundation some day. Unfortunately the foundation floundered and in her absence, disbanded. Staff members left to form their own charities and donation groups.
But now the sun is shinning, there is a new hard drive and the Angel is starting over, fresh... thus the re-opening of...
