This is a user made event being hosted by The Realm of Shadows: Between Light and Dark Guild. We know there aren't really events in the summer Months, So we thought we'd try to make one! Our hopes are that this will be a success. I am the main host of this Event, As well as the Caption of the host Guild. Now this is a user made event, You don't have to have any relation to the guild to enjoy your selfs here. We're doing this as a gift to Gaians everywhere! We can only hope that this will be a big smash so we can do it again next year. ^^

Ok, A little Q&A for you out there!

Q: Who are the RoS:BL&D?
A: Wow, Wish I would of though of that. >>' *Coughs.* We are a guild for all Gaians to come and hang out, We have a Role play sub-forum, Anime Sub-forum, Gaming Sub-Forum, Recycle bin, and a place to talk about anything. Hope that ansers it.

Q: What is SS 2k7?
A: Summer Splash 07 or SS 2k7 is a newly made user event.

Q: Whats SS 2k7 all about?
A: Having a User made event in the Summer Months!

Q: Why are you guys doing this?
A: I myself always wanted to do something like this, But I'm sure the guild is just going for shameless advertising. sweatdrop

Q: Do you have to be in the guild to join the event?
A: No you don't.

Q: Then how come only Crew members of the guild run it?
A: Because this was put together in less then a Month. sweatdrop

Q: Will you do this again?
A: If this year is a success, Then yes we will!

Q: What makes it a Success?
A: A lot of active Gaians posting away and enjoying it, as well as many contest entrys.

Q: Do you plan a story?
A: Maybe, Who knows. Right reporter Sally?

Very Simple, We must have rules to avoid Choas.

1. Don't make a post intill July 8th 2007, and Please don't post after july 14th 2007. (This is GST)

2. No Flaming!

3. No Trolling.

4. No beging for gold or items.

5. No Spam, Even though we're in the Chatter box This year, There is to be NO SPAM.

6. No Needless Bumping.

7. Follow the TOS.

8. Follow the Gaia R&G

9. Read all important posts. (All posts made before this one.)

This is our Event Black list, Break the rules in any Thread, You'll end up here. Anyone who is on here will not be aloud to post in any Event Thread, And will not be aloud in to do contests, If you entered a contest then Broke rules to end up here, Your entry will be withdrawn, and your gold will NOT be refunded, Your the one who decided it was smart to break rules. Anyone on here will also be banded from joining the RoS:BD&L and from any future event hosted by them, as well as any future Summer Splash.

This User event will be held july 8th through the 14th. A whole week of summer fun!

The contests will be the 8th - the 13th

Lottery from the 8th to the 14th.

All days begin at 12:00am GST (Gaia Standard Time.) and end when the next day begins.




We're At Gaia beaches! So go enjoy a swim, Talk with friends, Have fun!
We're also under water, and in Japan. So far, Who knows where else we'll pop up!



This is a summer time event! so try to stay summery with your avys. You could put on a Japanise summer outfit (Like a Kimoto or Yukata) Just swim shorts or a Bathing suit. Then again even just a T-shirt and jeans would be fine. But be warned, Wear winter time clothes, And you will be shot....

The Lottery costs 1000g to enter, The winner gets the Jackpot at the end of the Lottery. The Jackpot will be filled with half the gold that was payed for drawings. You may enter as many times as you like. The winner is picked at random. Send trades only to Poyudi Hytori And title the Trade "SS 2k7 Lottery" If you don't, The trade will be refused. Also there are no refunds if you want to leave the Lottery, Nor is there one if you get kicked out of the Event or Lottery. Each person can enter more then once, You'll be given a number, and when the contest ends I'll post everyone, Their number, and use Gaia's random number post to pick the winner. No Hosts can enter this.

This section is for Avatars based on summer and summer activities. There are a few separate categories you can submit your avatar into. you may only submit one Avatar (or group of avatars), and only into one category. Couple avatars do not have to be with the celebrity date, but with another avi. Yaoi and Yuri couples will not be thought of differently as the normal couples, but please, don't make the avatars exactly alike.
