July 19th:

Due to almost a month of no sales, A Wish shall close July 23rd unless tickets are bought. A Wish will close, draw a winner, and winner shall recieve 90% of the pot. Figured that's better than totally wasting all the time..

June 9th:

I'm debating on whether to add 2k Tix, or change the first place prize a tad.. For Round Three, I'll change the First Place prize a tad and see how it runs.. If issues arise, I'll just add 2k Tix to allow for a larger Envelope price.

For Round Three: Letter may not exceed remaining funds unless approved.

Funds begin at 20k. 4k for second, 2k for bumper. Leaves 14k. Minus spendings from dice and RGN games. Page prizes are freebies =p Of course, a letter will be purchased even if it must exceed funds if many payouts were given, etc. I dont think there'll be much of an issue, anyway =p

Exception to the Tix/Cans rule: Frequent buyers may use up to 2k at a time.

I've upped the allowance of trading cans & game tickets to 500 each!

May 28th:

After a very quick and successful First Round, a few other things have been changed. All updates in in Indigo. Changes were made to deflect extra charges, and to ensure that this lotto will be able to continue.

May 16th:

Lotto will be changing tonight.

Tickets will be priced at 1g per, total amount dropped to 20k.

Lotto tickets here shall cost a measly 1g each, hold many as you'd like! Numbers may 'reserved' within the next 300 numbers.

Anywayz, enough with that! On with the prizes:

First prize of any recent MC {Default will be month the lotto ends on. You may choose the month before, current month, or next month for your prize. Exception: Letter may not exceed remaining funds unless approved}
Second prize of 4k
Bumper prize of 2k

There will be 20,000 Tix available, at the abovementioned 1g a peice!

Please send a clearly labled trade with exact change! Such as "Lotto Tickets" would be fine =)

I also accept:

Casino Tickets - 2g per - Limit 500 per trade/day
Cans - 3g per - Limit 500 per trade/day
Commons - 45% of store price, decimals rounded down (Check prices before trade, odd change is not refunded)
Ask otherwise - You may send trade, as well, but try to keep it reasonable.

Bumperz:

Simple - Bump! =) No huge annoying picture/text things.. I don't like those.. Bumpers must actually be around - No bump 'n disappear for weeks x.x And, the obvious, you Must number your bumps! If I can't follow your lead easily, I will reset your bumps to 0.. Should also hold at least ten (10) tickets.

If there are more than one bumper and neither has over 100 bumps, the prize will be split between the two. A bumper must have at least 100 bumps to claim full prize. Otherwise, they'll recieve their bumps percentage of the prize. (Ex: 50bumps = 50%)

Try PMing me every 100 or so bumps. I'll want your First and Last bumps. (Such as bump 1-50 for one day, 51-whatever next, etc). PM should be labled "A Wish - Bumps" or "Lotto - Bumps" or something similiar.

Our Avatar Contests shall be held fairly simply - And for this, you do not have to be holding any Lotto Tickets.

There will be ten (10) spots open, each spot is a mere 200g. Dont have 200g? Simply comment in a profile for 40g, post to your journal for 50g, vote in a topic for 14g and you're already half way there.

First to 15 votes, wins! Next Round begins shortly after prize(s) have been claimed.

Though I've never seen one of these before in another Lotto, I'll be including one here just so everyone knows the exact underlinings of this lotto =p This Disclaimer shall be as followed:

Buy purchasing a ticket you shall understand that it does not guarantee you a win, nor wave your obligations to follow Gaia's rules, as well as this threads rules. You understand that you will not be refunded unless you at first ask. You further understand that refunds, other than rule-breaking, will only grant you 75% back (decimals rounded down). 25% is kept for processing time and inconvinience. If you paid in items, it will be to my sole discretion to pay in items or in cash, or different items if that is so what I please. Rule-Breakers will recieve only 50% of their Lotto Tickets back, and Tickets forever revoked. They will also be banned from participating in any of this threads activities.

For Avatar Contests, by purchasing a spot you understand that you shall not cheat in any such way. This includes paying others to come and vote for you to win. You may advertise that you're in the contest, but cheating will result in disqualification and you will not be refunded.

All other Games and Prizes are granted on an "as is" warrantee - I shall not promise that they last forever, but will do my very best to keep them going for the majority of this Lotto's lifetime.

For everything "A Wish", I am not responsible for mis-labled trades. If you fail to note your trade correctly, or fix it before I accept it via trade or PM, it will not be my responsbility if it's processed incorrectly. Point blank, untitled trades will be seen as Donations. It's common practice that Lotto trades are labled "Lotto", Avatar Contest trades are labled "Lotto", and so forth. I will not refund mis-labled trades.

If you're attempting to win the Bumper Prize, note that your presence is required. Whereas some threads may allow you to disappear, here you'll need to be around every so often. Such as, at least a few times a week. If I do not see you, and you claim to have many bumps, it will be to my sole discretion to accept your numbers or not.

In the horrible, and hopefully never-to-happen case that I am banned, hacked, or unable to come online for a long period of time, I sincerely appologize. Anything is possible in this world, but I shall make my very very utmost effort to ensure that none of that will happen. I've participated in a Lotto that ended up a scam, and it's no fun. Otherwise, if for whatever reason I need to shut this lotto down, I will put up a week notice first, along with a poll. To either close it and hand prizes out based on current funds, or for full refunds to all ticket holders.

Rules, Lotto, Games, Disclaimer, and all else are subject to change if needed. Changes will generally be publicly announced unless too minor to make any impact at all, such as typo corrections.
