Hello there! Looking for a job? Looking for workers? Need to advertise? Well, you have come to the right place. x3 Everything here IS COMPLETELY FREE! Isn't that AWESOME? [Everything includes advertising, having your job-wanted ad placed here, having a workers-ad placed here, anything that has to do with this thread. x3]

HOW DOES THIS PLACE WORK?
We do not take all the people and match up those looking for jobs and those looking for workers. I am not going to do that, because I assume that those saying that they want workers do not wish to hire any of those I have posted, and I assume that those saying they wants jobs do not want any of the jobs that are posted.

We simply make you fill out a form, and you post it here. Then, people that come by and see this thread will see your form here, and if they want to hire you then they can PM you and you can get a job. If people that are looking for a job and come by and see this thread, they might see a place where they want to work, and contact the owner and work there.

Here are some frequently asked questions!

[Q] So when do I get a job/when do I get my workers?
[A] You get your job/workers whenever someone PMs you personally. Or they post here saying they would like to hire you, work for you, and I will help them get in touch with you. x3

[Q] I want to hire one of the people here!
[A] Then PM them!

[Q] I want to work for someone who is hiring!
[A] Then either visit their thread and find out how to get hired, or PM them!

[Q] Why do you do this?
[A] I do this because I thought Gaia needed it [I was looking for a job agency myself] and so I thought 'Why not just make one?'. It gives me something to do. xD I make it free because I think it would be unfair, unneccessary, and easier for both me and the person. ^^

[Q] I want to edit my form!
[A] Simply post your newly edited form here, and somewhere in your post say something along the lines of 'Please replace this with my old form', and I will gladly update it.

Experience: I had a temp art shop once upon a time ago and I can earn up to 10k on a school day with exchanging.
Expected Payment: Depends on the job. 1k a week for freebies and 10-15% on exchanging.

Other: I'm loyal, on a minimum of five hours a day (subject to change with the upcoming summer) and I consider myself to be at least semi-literate. I'm well organized and work quickly. I know gaia quite well. I'm always pen for pivate messaging if you have any questions.

For other art like avatar art: It really depends on what you want. Most commisions usually end up running around 20k

If you or your shop want to be listed here, then you're going to have to fill out a short-ish form.

SIMPLY POST IT IN THE THREAD! That's all you have to do! You don't have to PM me, it doesn't cost ANYTHING! Just post it in the thread, I'll put it up here, and you should be good to go!

NEW!!!:
Change the size, add some colors, make it centered, do WHATEVER YOU WANT TO MAKE YOUR FORM STAND OUT!!! I don't mind- knock yourself out! But please do not use any font size over 18 ['Large'], because we don't want it to stretch the page, take forever to scroll down, or anything like that.
