In order to receive an immediate loan the following procedures must be followed:

* The loan must be returned by the agreed upon date.

* If the loan is not paid the customer will only have one week to pay the loan before it is considered a violation.

* This organization saves all pms that you send so if needed,evidence of the loan will be provided upon request.

* The customer must repay the loan and the additional interest at the same time.

* Please do not post anything on these pages unless it is related to this organization.

* Customers will recieve a validation of the loan.

* If a contract is required please comply with the organiztions's requests.

* Violators will be reported.

* All payments to us MUST be in gold.

* DO NOT SEND ANY PRIVATE MESSAGES THAT IMPLY RUDENESS! THIS IS NOT TOLERATED!

NB: Any violation of these rules will result in the case that the customer will have to return the gold loaned to them, in its original quantity, immediately (the same day of the violation) to the organization. All returned money will be given back in a trade to Lilypi.

† Can you explain how to make a loan, again?

To honor our fellow employees, we are starting an employee of the month award. The winner will be awarded a minimum of 1.5k for all their hard work. Don't worry, Lily and I will make sure everyone is judged accordingly.

Oh, and one more thing; for an employee to to win, they must post Present (in the thread) on the awarding date before 12:00 am. Employees can pick up the code for their frame/s in PhilAnime's journal [?].

Starting on the month of June, all employees will be payed 500g per month. However, this only applies to employees who actually do their job! Those who do nothing will not be paid, this is an all or nothing deal! No work, no pay; capiche?

Please do not complain about the wages. This is a very generous offer since some only pay their employees 200g-445g a month. Also, we have the Employee of the Month contest each month which adds to my "gastos" (expenses).


Here's a few insider notes:
[x] We will start to pay our employees on June 2k7 because of lack of gold (on my part).
[x] If ever we fail to pay any of our employees on the payday, we promise to add 10% to the salary.
[x] Any employees slacking off or just not doing their job will be fired. If you do not recieve your salary a week after the payday and have not recieved notice it is a sign that you have been fired.
