ok as you may or may not know reaver has money, time, and is really bored. its why he agreed to help out with this.
Here these words that you are reading will be used ot tell all of how he willbe givein away letters at completely random interals. unlike the already mentioned letter giveaway Reaver's giveaway will have no set time, he may give a one letter every week, maybe even only one a month, or he might give away two, three, or even four in one day. so your chances of gettin one are incredible, or really bad it all depends on how much reaver gets to talk to his girlfriend. another diference in this is that charity mods are completely open to winning as well so about the only people that cant get a free letter are reaver and the mule.
