Kupi's First Art Contest!

Maybe you know me, maybe you don't. Either way you're here, so I assume you're looking to make some cash, or get ahold of some old donation items. Well, maybe I have a deal for you.

Starting March 1, 2007 and Ending on April 3rd. There will be a week to judge, and the results will be posted on April 10th. If there are not 50 entries by April 3rd, the contest will be extended 2 weeks, and the voting the week after that.

Rules

- Only 1 prize per entry, but an artist can win more than one prize on different entries.

- You May enter more than one entry, however, no more than 5.

- Please, only my avatar in the entry.

- Feel free to take liberties with the poses, clothes, hair, etc. But I may be happier with the ones that are more accurate, and those will be the guidlines I pass down to the Voting commitee.

- Your art will become my property. >:E But, I will always cite you as the artist, and never steal it for myself.

- Feel free to stick around in the thread and chat. 3nodding It probably won't help you win, but it'd be a nice diversion.

- Sorry, but no avatar edits. Dolls are acceptable only if you make the bases yourself.

- Any questions and feel free to PM me or post here.

Judging

Judging will be done by a committee. I will pick a group of 4 people, and they will judge each piece on a 1-10 basis. The scores will be added up, and I will step in if there is a tie that needs to be broken. The identity of these 4 will remain secret until the end of the judging period.

What not to forget!
Always blonde hair, always! It can be long or short, with a bit of wave to it perferably, but straight is okay too.

Wednesday, March 14th Due to my disc drive shattering a disc, my computer is going into the shop for repairs. -_-; I should get it back today.
Just wanted to update.

These were hard to come up with. sweatdrop There were so many amazing things, it made me wish I had more money for honorable mentions. >.<;;;

I love this piece, form the moment it entered it stood out to me. It may be very simplistic and bearly any color bug Graphically it is amazing. I'm a Graphics Designer in training hehe, so that's why this piece stood out the most to me and i give it my top pick.

Hard decision. There are SEVERAL entries I wish I could include as honorable mentions as well. Just beware, I plan on donating things to several people who entered, who I don't have the funds to do so now. ninja So even if you're a little disappointed, down the road, you may find that you'll still get something. xd

Random Kupi-fact.

I often pick up stuff with my toes. LIke, if I drop a pencil, I just use my feet to grab it. And I really don't even have long toes, they're actually short. I'm just dextrous with them.
