Oaxu - Interest thread!

That's right!
Oaxu is in desperate need of a colorist or two! (Or three.)

We have decided to make this thread in search of good colorists and we desperately hope that it works.
If you are considering applying, please read through the second post.

To enter you must color one of the Oaxu line-arts.
The reason for this is that we don't want any colorist that is too slow, and we'd also like to see how your coloring style will fit in with our artist's lines.
Here are the choices of lineart to color:

Anwen - (c) Oaxu, lines by Purange.

The Goddess - (c) Oaxu, lines by Purange.

Crow - (c) Oaxu, Lines by Korth.

Alongside artists to do the art, we're going to need several colorists. Again, if you cannot live up to these expectations, please do not apply.

-Be able to actually put some effort into your coloring.
-Be able to color things on time and not procrastinate. (Being gone or unable to get on is understood.)
-Be able to shade.
-Be able to color customs properly.
-Have some creativity.
-It would be helpful if you can lineart sketches. (Not required.)
-Hang around the thread and not be a ghost that pops out the art randomly.

You will get the following out of coloring.

-50% of everything that you color.
-At least one free custom to start out with. (Only if full or part time. Guest may or may not get a free character or discount.)
-Extra shop privelages.

I've colored several times before but I don't currently work at an open shop.Not as a colorist anyway.I know how to shade both by using the dodge and burn tool and by using the regular colors,however I'm a newbie to using cell shading. sweatdrop Anyway I practice alot on improving my skills and whenever I have time I look up some tutorials on deviantart so I can absorb more skills. twisted

Why do you want to work for Oaxu? Because I think its a great oppurtunity for me to spread my wings and the concept seems really cool/awesome and I can also improve my coloring skills while I'm at it.The lineart was alot of fun to color since I've never attempted something like that before and I guess the reason I want to work for Oaxu is just a matter of seizing the oppurtunity and spreading my wings. heart
