The following are order forms to use for, well, ordering my art.
If you'd like avatar art, please use the Avatar Order form and, if you'd like original character art, use the corresponding OC Order.
For couple art, include two separate forms for each avatar/character and make mention of a relationship (friendship, married couple, etcetera).
Please read the notes written next to each blank of the order forms for more information on how to fill them out yourself.

Avatar Order
Username: Your Gaian username
Is the art for you?: Yes or no. If not, please put subject's username.
Style: Specify whether you'd like regular or chibi.
Size: Specify whether you'd like full-body, half-body, or headshot.
Avatar: Paste the URL of the avatar in image tags here.
Cost: Put the correct cost of the art here.
