1. Why are the prices like that?
As Moonie said in the intro, we put 100% effort into our artworks. We double and triple - even quard and quintuple - shade our work and try to match them as closely as possible to your requests. We're always on the lookout to acquire newer and better versions of our softwares. Trust us. Nothing that we do is half-baked. The prices are worth it! heart

2. What do you mean when you say the animation is priced by frame?
We use Adobe ImageReady to do our animations. In order to do them, we work with frames. For example, to make a laughing avatar, we need two to three frames to make the lips look like they're moving. More than one action can be contained in each frame, so no worries. And since animations can be set to loop back on and on and on, we really don't need many frames.

3. Why are the add-ons not included in the initial bill?
That's mainly because of the animations issue. Since we don't know HOW many frames and stuff we need, it's better to just add the prices of those at the end of the projects. That way, you don't clutter your minds too much when you make downpayments. And we will give you quotations (estimates of total prices) when we're nearly done with your artwork.

4. Can you guys do full body images? Why just chibis and plushies?
Well, since we're still in college and have tests and projects hanging on our heads until summer, we'd rather stick to chibis. But if you're really interested in seeing our full body works - and maybe in commissioning us to do some, too xd - you can contact us through our uber-adorable mule! Just PM her and we'll answer you back as soon as we can! xd When summer comes, though... we might just decide to add full body work to the list for a while.

5. Why do we have to make a downpayment?
Scamming is rampant all over the place and we just want to make sure that you're really going to pay us when we finish the artwork. You can't ever be too cautious these days!

6. Can you do detailed BGs? More than just solids, blocks, and colored shadows?
Since these are just chibis and plushies, complex backgrounds really aren't that good an idea, but if you really insist on, oh, say, scenery, well..... We aren't angels. We're open to bribery. xd xd xd

7. Why is there an extra payment if we want more than one pet in the image?
Here on Gaia, having more than one pet sometimes leads to cluttered avatars. Same goes for overloading your avatar with items. This means extra work for us. Hope that explains it!

8. May we add you to our friends list?
Why not? We love new friends! Just don't spend all your time sending us chain main and/or bugging us into the 100th ring of hell! whee

9. Would you mind sharing tips and tricks with us?
Sure! Just don't ask us to give you a one-month tutorial. That will get tiring! You can ask us how we do this or that if you want, but be a sport. You should know the limits. 3nodding

10. Why are you taking so long?!
If and when we seem to be taking years doing your commission, and you're clearly in our current work list, that would be because we're in a sea of schoolwork at that current period in time. However, we will post notice in the Announcements when such a thing happens, so no worries!

11. What if this FAQ didn't answer my questions?
That's what our mule is for! PM her anytime if you have questions and you'll get a reply as soon as possible!
