BEFORE I put what you have requested in my sig.

wahmbulance Payments made before current lease expires will be accepted
once until the day before your lease. Then they shall be fully accepted as soon as you or I complete the trade on that day. This is to assure you I'm not running away with your money and that you will have enough to pay the fee.
If I believe I have failed to deliver approximately ten posts per day I will extend the rental period for what I consider an appropriate time OR refund what I consider to be the appropriate amount.
Refunds will only be issued if a rental has been paid for and is in queue behind yours.
If you wish to contest that I haven't delivered approximately ten posts per day, you may send a PM listing reasonable evidence (screen shots of said pages/my post history) in your favour.
Please note that after your period of rental is up the image WILL be replaced by the current rental. However your name (plus image/link) will be placed in the calendar post.
If you feel my prices are too steep, feel free suggest a new pricing system.
If you have nothing to advertise, but still want to contribute somehow to the shop, feel free to make a donation either of half the gold needed for a certain amount of time, so I can have my sig linking to my shop OR link to my shop in your own sig. ^_^
I decide what is appropriate for me to advertise in my sig. If I do not agree with the content you wish to put, your rent request will be revoked and I will not accept any payment.
If the content which you wish to put is against common-law Rules and Guidelines your request will be revoked and I will not accept any payment.
If your content violates signature limits (500x500 pixels and 100,000 bytes) I will ask you to provide a new one or edit the current one. Failure to do so will mean your request will be revoked.
You MUST host your own image.
If you wish to have a banner instead of a plain link and you have no banner, I will gladly make a banner for use ONLY in my sig. This will include a small fee (see prices).
If you wish for me to make a banner for YOUR general use, I will require you treat it as an art piece. PM me for pricing details.
As my average amount of unique posts seems to be 10 per day, that approximately the amount you get per day.
These will be anywhere I feel like posting as allowed by Gaia rules, although I will try and post where I believe your target audience is.
As documentation of your rental, the images/link used will be placed in the Calendar after the term has expired.
