Rules and the Like
I reserve the right to change absolutely anything relating to my commissions at anytime, however once an agreement has been made I intend to uphold it to the best of my ablities.
Any work produced for you under commision is produced for use in any way you see fit, with the EXCEPTION of charging or involving anything of mine inside a complation or other document type without express written permission from myself, KaL.
I also reserve the right to use any works produced inside portfolios and other non-profit uses for myself unless otherwise request. I will however always retain the rights to any characters I design unless otherwise negotiated.
I will keep a personal backup for private use of anything I produce.
Essentially you're buying the rights to do whatever you want with whatever I make for you except making money directly (and in certain cases indirectly) through it.
Oh and here's an important one, no stealing :p
I'd appreciate if you linked to my store through anything I've created, however I don't enforce this I'd just appreciate it.
It seems people need more convincing this is a good idea, your avi could be doing something like this, in glorious fully realised movement.

Okay to help eliminate some confusion because I understand this is tough to order (because it's tough for me to explain it too sweatdrop ).
What you want is really up to you, if I can do it, I'm happy to do it for you. Essentially when placing an order you can tell me what you'd like (if anything in particular) and either how much you'd be willing to donate for it or alternatively how long/complex you'd like it and we can work it out from there.

Read above to get a general idea of what to list when ordering, you can order VIA PM or through this Topic, I'd prefer this topic for obvious reasons but if you plce an order in this topic PM to make sure I see it. A simple list of how you could compose an order is
What you would like (i.e. something in particular, Avi/Pet/Whatever I want)
How you would like it made (ie animated/still)
How complex you'd like it (Drawn quick/detailed, Coloured?, Background?)
How much roughly you'd like to spend (I'd appreciate if you'd use my guide in post 1 for animations)
As I think of more I'll list more, as I'm new at building a shopfront.
Ordering a premade is simple, just edit and paste the following into this thread or PM me with the following, you then initiate a trade, I will accept unless there is a problem then I will send you your Premade via PM after the Trade is complete. I'd prefer if all premades linked back to me so others have the opportunity to get one.
Type: ie Biter (or Limited)
Colour: ie Red, blue, green (If limited mention black)
Attributes: ie horns, handglow or if none
Name: ie the name that I'll write into the image (or no name)
Total cost: ie 600g

Following are random junk that I'll sell multiple times to anyone who wants to purchase one.
Biters
Basic biter, available in the following colours, including green
All basic bighters are 500g. The name Martork will be replaced with a name of your choosing.
Horned Biters are 600g and avaliable in the same colours.
Limiteds
Black biter avaliable with/without horns and/or handglow. 1k per Black biter on 10 avaliable, will be numbered individually.

My bumps now contain names of characters from a certain book series, name a character from the 5th book (that I haven't mentioned) and I'll whip up something nice based on the Avi of the first person to give a correct answer.
