Ah, that shiny, golden ring, the Angelic Halo.
Many have tried to obtain this phantom treasure to no
avail. When I joined Go-Gaia in August of 'o3 it may
not have required such measures to come by,
but I had other things going on at that time in my life
that kept me from playing Gaia on a regular basis.

Now I'm back, and I plan on sticking around as long
as Gaia will have me. I figure, I may as well start
from the top and work my way down, because once I've
acquired the Halo, I'll know no Gaian quest is impossible.

There's no special reason that I should be allowed
to own a Halo. I don't know that I want it any more
or less than any other Gaian, but I do know I'm willing
to keep at it for as long as it takes. Wish me luck!

Well, since I plan on being here for a rather long time,
I may as well tell you a bit about myself. And well...
if you don't care, I guess you don't have to read it. xd

When I'm on Gaia, I like to be called "Holo". I have a lot
of trust issues, so I don't immediately give out my real
name. It's not because I'm paranoid, it's just a trust thing
for me. Same goes with pictures. But if I get to be good
friends with you, I'll probably get around to telling you. ^_^

I'm 19 years old, around 5'4". I have long black hair and
green eyes. I can be fairly good natured unless I'm in a
bad mood, so please don't put me in one. I'd rather be
happy than pissed. Really! So just chill when you're around me.
S'cool.

I love to draw. I live for it. My favorite thing to do is
just sit down with a pencil and paper and scribble draw.
I like using natural media every once in awhile, my
favorite natural medias are colored pencil, acrylic,
watercolor, and oil paints, and charcoal. Lately though,
I've been trying my hand at CG coloring and when
I'm on Gaia my CG images are mostly what you're going to see.

I love music, too. If we have the same tastes in music,
I can usually bond over it. Music is a big part of my life,
if you come into my room, you will more than likely hear
some music going. My favorite genres are rock, punk,
punk rock, and a little bit of alternative rock. I can handle
a little country music once in awhile, and I love listening to
orchestra music. I especially have a fondness for the
violin, viola, and other string instruments, I love the sound.
However, I can't stand rap, R&B, or pop music. Those are... just no.

Some other random likes/interests of mine- anime,
manga, horror movies, novels, asian food, moshing,
hanging out with close friends, Maple Story, Guild Wars,
Silent Hill movie and games, swimming, lacrosse,
other things... I dunno. Ask me.

February 16, 2oo7Whew! Been busy. In real life, and also trying to
keep active on here so I can keep trekking toward a Halo. >w< Obviously
it's been awhile since I've updated the front page, but that's all remedied
now. :3 I hope everyone can forgive me! Dx Maybe even take a stab at the finally updated contests?
October o9, 2oo6- I've added CodeName RandomHeero's quest
thread to my list. He's a good friend of mine who was recently hacked,
and is now trying to recover his items. I gave him some gold to start him
off, maybe you could lend a hand, too? I'd appreciate it, and I'm sure he would, too. ^_^

October o7, 2oo6- Despite some thread neglect I am still questing. Sadly, my offer has
actually gone down about 100k because I've also been trying to help out some other people. ^_^
S'alright, I can get it back.
So! I'm going to be opening a breedables shop! I've decided to start there before moving straight
to an auction. That way I'm earning while I'm gaining samples.
I'm also currently working on an art contest entry. The grand prize is 15 million gold. Pure. eek

I'm still working on some samples for an art auction. Once I get those

August 11, 2oo6- After much procrastination work, the CB version of the quest is open for business!
Shortly afterward, the C/Q version of the thread was also up and running. =]
Oh no! I discovered that due to the way I had saved the art in the contests
section, it looked horrible on internet explorer. This has now been fixed and
you can view pretty arts on both Firefox and IE. ^_^
July 29, 2oo6- The CB version of the quest thread begins to be set up.
July 22, 2oo6- Quest is unofficially begun!

Yup, that's right! Holo draws. ^_^; So! To earn a little gold,
I'd like to let you know, I'm available for commission! I have several
styles I like to work in and what you get depends on what you're willing to pay. o: I mainly do avatar art, but I'm willing to do OC characters.

Samples-

Well, I always thought you should put your best foot forward when
giving examples, and those are some of the best things I have done
to date [excuse the non-finishedness of a couple of them. Dx]
For art similar to the ones above, I'm asking for 10k+, but I'm always willing to haggle. sweatdrop

This contest is simple. Whoever bumps the most, wins. There is a separate contest for the bumpers in the CB thread and the C/Q thread. The top bumpers in both threads will get a prize.

so you may buy tickets no matter which thread you frequent. Here's the deal.
