Introduction:
Hello and welcome to the Neko Lotto with a 100,000 gold Jackpot! 15,000 tickets will be sold at 10 gold each. The lotto drawing will be held after all of the tickets are sold. Lotto ticket number will be determined by Gaia's Random Number Post Action.

Basic Information:
~Tickets are 10 gold each.
~100,000 Grand Prize
~15,000 tickets to be sold

1. Follow Gaia TOS.
2. No Cheating.
3. Be sure to send questions and trades to WarlordAnubis, those sent to me or Mitokuita will be cancelled.
4. Respect the Lotto Helpers.
5. No refunds, unless for some reason the whole lotto closes. Then everybody will be refunded everything they have sent in.
6. If you break any rules, you will be disqualified, no questions asked.
7. No advertising! If you want to advertise, send a PM to WarlordAnubis with your link. It will then be checked and placed in the Links section.
8. You may place links to this thread wherever you want as long as you follow the rules of other threads and the Gaia TOS.

~Bumping Contest~

It's pretty simple. Be the top bumper when the lotto ends and you get 10,000 gold. What could be easier than that? You must purchase at least 1 ticket to be in the bumping contest.

~Art Contest~

We are now having an art contest! 5k goes to the winner.

Instructions:
1. You must have purchased at least 1 ticket to participate.
2. Draw art of either Makoto_Mitsuki or Mitokuita or even both of us together.
3. Submit art to Makoto_Mitsuki
4. I'll post it up here for everyone to see.
5. When the lotto ends, the person with the best submitted art will be choosen as the winner of 5k!

Note: Be original! You can also leave items off or add items if you want. And you can submit more than one picture if you would like!

Also, if after a winner is decided, Mitokuita or I decide we really like one of the other arts very much, we may randomly donate to you. ^_^
