Tyr had been informed of the reluctant new arrival the day before the little bundle of baby badger/joy was actually due to arrive at his house. It was strange...but perhaps not as strange as anything else he had heard of or seen on Gaia. He did have Painful Death herself as a daughter, after all. In the meantime, he'd neglected to tell his family about it after the phonecall...but he did let his mate, Pales D'Arcy, know about their coming addition to the house.

The day of the creature's small arrival found Tyr telling his children about their new baby brother, and while a few of them were thrilled, few of them weren't. Naturally the latter few were warned to not hurt, maim, or kill the baby in any way, shape or form. It was hard to get Serkan to agree, but eventually he won out (though he refuses to say what sealed the deal...). The teenager patiently waited as the time for the badger's arrival at his house came, then subsequently left. The delivery stork was late!

Fretting over what might have gone wrong, Tyr eventually gave up and fell back into the couch, fretting in a place that was much more comfortable. Luckily for him, his couch fretting never laster long, for Andy announced that there was someone coming to the door. Finally, the little toddler was here!

...Only it wasn't a little toddler. The creature was still in his animal skin! Tyr was hesitant about the little badger, remembering from his school days that some types of badgers were primarily carnivores...but eventually he caved in and attempted to relax around the little thing.

Having aquired this lovely bundle of black and white fur, Tyr vowed to himself to protect it like he had promised Rorika he would. Actually, he vowed not to let Serkan at it, first and foremost...then to protect it from a potential hunter as he promised Rorika he would. That included going to find a place to hide the baby's fur once it shifted...

Naturally, Nekoda has a room for when he arrives. Right now the room is rather plain, with bluish walls and a darker blue carpet. In terms of furnature, there is a small bed on one end of the room, a dresser, a beanbag chair and a toybox. There is a closet off to the side, but its currently empty.

Breif History:
Tyr grew up in a loving Canadian household, but two years ago, a tragic accident took both of his parents from him, and he was forced to live with his Aunt and Uncle. Lately, he'd been having strange dreams, about a world with very, very different kinds of people in it...

After aquiring a loft from a kind stranger, then aquiring two VERY Unwanted children (Serkanda), Tyr tries his hardest to avoid the world around him...but the world brings him to Pales. A few weeks after their first meeting, Pales visits Tyr and tells him the truth about himself, then subsequently informs Tyr that he had a glimpse into his thoughts...which meant that Tyr was his potential mate. After quite a furious mental debate, the teenager accepted Pales, and is now living with him and their adopted children.
