Please read this before asking any questions.

Can I make special order when the shop is closed?
Do not PM us to do faster work for you, or PM us to demand immediate deal. If you really intend to order like this, please be ready to pay triple price.

Can you do an art trade with me?
We will think about that, if we like your arts or style. Ahem...Iris and Musho prefer golds!! So please don't ask too much! XD

Can I have a preview image before I confirm the money?
Of course!! We will gladly at your service. Is for your trading safety! XD But we will not make one unless you ask.

Freeeeee arts for me please please please?
We are human too. We need to get paid. You can be our top bumper for the month and earn free arts from either one us. 4laugh

Why did you remove my equipment from my art?
Iris and Musho is disgusted when some items are not match together, or some strange items like mask, weird nose...we will remove it~ If you wish we can tell you about it before we remove certain things, please tell us. We will discuss with you.

Whats the difference between chibi and anime?
Chibi is anime style too! But chibi is more like "cuter version", which the character is smaller, cuter...something that will made you wanna pinch them!! *giggles*
Anime is what you can see from Japan Animation/manga.

more coming soon...

If you are ordering from Musho:

TYPE OF ART: (insert what art you want here. E.G. traditional chibi lineart headshot)
EXPRESSION: (Your expression! What about cute and happy?)
OTHER CUSTOMIZING: (Other customizing. Please be warned I might raise the price if there are certain requests!!!)

If you are ordering from Iris:

Type of art:
Expressions you want:
The avatar you want Iris to draw: (please do not say:"my current avvy"! Host your avatar please. Thankyuu. )
Other customize:

An important note: Iris charge prices depends on the HARDNESS of the avvie! So DONT send trade before you discuss price!

PM is very important! Never disable your PM.
If you intend to disable PM for some certain reason, please atleast add Iris or Musho as friend, so we can keep in touch with you.

Either Iris or Musho will decide the price base on the difficulty of the art you want. So please copy the order form, make your order, and wait us to PM you about the price and deal.

No matter what, we will need you to send the trade first. It's large amount of golds, so we can't accept any reason like: "sorry, I don't have enough gold now....I can't pay! Please wait untill...." when we have done our works.

We must make sure that you have enough gold, so send the trade, let us confirm it. (if the amount is correct)

Then you will leave the trade there, untill we complete our artwork and inform you by PM.

We will send you the artpiece after you confirm the money! Nice and smooth system!! Like Musho have said in the FAQ, you can ask for a preview/sample before you confirm the golds.
