Personality: Very playful and out going, though at first he may seem a little shy. He's often very sure of himself, but proves to be a little clumsy in his early years. He grows quiet when the subject changes to parents because it's somewhat of a touchy subject for him. He has a little bit of an anger management problem probably from his father, but he tries hard to contain it until there's no one around him.
Brief history of Kaika: Kaika was born to a pair of mixmatched Firekin. His father being more of a brutal fighter - always out protecting the pride the only way he knew how. Most of the pride was terrified of him because he had a knack for snapping on others in an instant. His mother, being the exact opposite by always being softspoken and quiet. She was more so a follower than anything. However, both of his parents were firm believers of the Goddess Finar-si, yet neither of them were high ranking in the pride.
While Kaika was still young, his mother took him up in a hurry one morning before the others were able to wake and ran off. Most of the pack had grown sick and she knew it wouldn't be long before is spread. She left without warning, or even so much as a goodbye, hiding in the various holes and empty dens along the borders of the territory. It wasn't long until his mother caught wind of the same sickness and eventually told him to go on and find the next place of rest without her. Telling him she'd be following him every step of the way, she knew he'd be fine and well now that he was in his earlier adolescent stage. He went on, relunctantly at first, but obeyed in the end. He waited throughout the rest of that evening and all through the night. When his mother still had not shown by morning, he returned to where he had last seen her finding her weak body near dead laying next to a weaker and skinnier version of his father, both struggling to fight whatever it was that plagued them. His father had obviously been searching for them after they had disappeared. Kaika was now confused as well as horribly horrified, but both of his parents - with their last struggling breaths - warned him to stay away from them for fear he'd have the same fate. Another reluctant struggle was made before he obeyed and returned to where he had made shelter from the previous night.
A week or two passed before Kaika decided to return to the pride. Only the Goddess knew of what he might find, but he wanted to know just what did happen to the pride and why both his parents had to struggle for their life. He's prepared to find nothing, but hopefully someone who knew vaguely of what happened.
