Welcome to my million gold lotttery. This thread is the same as my old one ( http://www.gaiaonline.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=11032487 ). I have just moved all the content over *sigh, again*. All the statistics on ticket holders, top BUMPers, etc. is all legit. This Lotto is a 'no-scam' Lottery. The leftover funds are going to go into my 'Secret Santa 2K6' for new Gaians during the next holiday season. If you have any questions please feel free to PM me at any time.

23 Dec 05: This thread will be closed during Christmas and Boxing Day
(Dec 25 and Dec 26) I will not accept any trades during this time. Any BUMPs during this time will not be counted towards your total BUMP score (So please don't BUMP for your sake). I'm sorry for any inconvienence.

Basics:

1. Begging for gold or items is strictly prohibited.

2. Gaians on the Blacklist forfeit the following: Any and all Tickets purchased through this lottey, Avatar Ranking on this thread, as well as all posting rights in this thread. If you are Blacklisted, you will not be refunded.

3. Prizes will be awarded once ALL Ticket slots are full.

4. Please do not advertise. If you would like people to see your banner or something like that, PM me. There is also a 10g fee if you want me to post your ad. (This includes self-ads)

5. Try to post (type) properly (i.e. LITERATE)

6. DO NOT quote any of the post on the first page. These quotes take up to much room and are very annoying.

7. Please read all the rules throughly. If you have questions, PM me.

8. You can win once in each catagory.

9. Do not advertise unless your allowed. Violators are blacklisted

10. No Page Stretching!

11. Please obey the ToS, anyone caught breaking the ToS will be Blacklisted and reported.

12. If you change your username, please pm me and tell me or you won't get your prize if you win.

13. Don't harrass myself or other users, you will be blacklisted.

Lottery/Ticket Rules:

1. You can buy as many tickets as your heart desires

2. No Refunds. Unless I decide to end the lottery early.

3. Tickets are 3g each. There are 1 million (1,000,000) slots to be filled.

4. Winner will be chosen by Gaia's Random Number Feature. Once all Tickets are sold I will post using The Random Number Feature. Along with the category of that prize.

5. Send all trades to me (Sgt._MacDougall) for now. I will have a Lotto Mule up as soon as possible. Please use something along the lines of 'Million Gold Lotto' or '1,000,000 gold Lotto' in the subject.

6. The lotto ends when ALL the slots are filled.

7. You can only win a 'Ticket' prize once. (If you win the 1st place you can't win 2nd as well)

BUMPing Contest Rules:

1. NUMBER YOUR BUMPS. If you do not number your BUMPs, they will not count.

2. Do Not multi-bump in one post. This rule is considered your first warning, any violations after will result in being Blacklisted.

3. First BUMPer to 8,000 will win the BUMPing Contest. No 'if, and or buts' about it!

4. You must be a Ticket holder to enter the BUMPing contest

Avatar Contest Rules:

1. There are 20 spots and only 20 spots.

2. The Enty Fee for the Avatar Contest is 500 gold

3. If you buy 600 tickets you will be given the option to join without paying the entrance fee.

4. You can only enter once.

5. Please have your avatar ready when you decided you want on the list. I will use you current avatar.

6. You can change you avatar only once.

7. Once all the slots are filled for the Avatar contest. I will be open to PM for voting. I am not making a poll for voting as this is unfair. To vote PM me (Sgt._MacDougall) with the avatar name you wish to vote for.
