2. This shop operates on the honor system.
3. Failure to pay the full price when you receive the art will result in you being reported.
4. If the art you have received is not to your liking, we can do minor edits but we will not redraw the whole thing.
You should know what our art is like from the examples.
5. Do not PM the artists unless you are making an order.
6. Be patient! Wait until we get to you. We are only human, not robots in an art factory.
7. Post any questions or comments you might have.
8. Please do not use our images on any site but gaia without explicit written permission.
9. We reserve the right to decline any commission request.
