There is "house rate", which is themed to thread.
There is also specialty rate, only available from one rater or the other. How exclusive.
Please limit yourself to 2 rates, please.

So, here is tribute to the very beginning of this thread, waaaaay back in 2006.

The story behind the "Hey Mr. Frosty, it's cold outside" schpeel:

My friend and I were trying out for winter drumline, and we had to play a part on the vibes or bells or something.
So my friend chose Mr. Frosty, and at the end of the piece, she had to say that phrase.
Well, she didn't want to say it, but the guy auditioning us made her.
So she said it in the most unenthusiastic voice, "Hey Mr. Frosty, it's cold outside."
And *DINK* for her last note.

But if you look, this thread was started on Christmas of 2006, and the phrase was a keyword for rates.
It was simply in the spirit of the season.
