I always hate these things. I'm a 43 year old mother of 4 (one is my mate's daughter). I have two tattoos, with three more planned to complete the set. I have doctorates in comparative religions with developmental theology and in naturopathy, and I am working on my doctorate of divinity.

I'm an author, with one published novel, and three more that I really don't work on as often as I ought.

I pay the bills as a clinical protocol editor and administrative liason for a surgical oncology department in a cancer center, but this isn't what I want to do with the rest of my life -- I want to provide pastoral counseling in alternative lifestyle communities full-time, and write and lecture. I'm working on it, though some days it seems like it is working -me-. I've also worked as a midwife (15 years), EMT-Paramedic (3 years), and computer technical support person (3 years). Some of these jobs I had to do simultaneously (ok... being a midwife doesn't always pay the bills well on its own, but I loved doing it!)

I have a mate, whom I love a lot. Don't have a lot of money, and what time I have right now I dedicate to my family and my school.

I read and write in the science fiction and fantasy genre and in non-fiction (especially on alternative spirituality). I love music.. I used to sing in a band, but only as a hobby. I love archaic writing, and French, and want to spend some of my hobby time working on both, when I have some hobby time.

Ok, I guess that's enough words for this round... I'll probably shape this up, at some point down the road. Until then au revoir.

Im [EC2] Carthinator and willing to post a comment. A comment so great and so awesome, it'll blow the minds of all the children and...right. A comment so diabolical and so evil that even the devil doesnt compare and god is to afraid to even challenge it. SO POWERFUL THAT IT SURPASSES THAT OF EVEN ZEUS!!!
