make sure u spelled ur e-mail adress (real one!!!) right. if not go to my gaia-then account-from there you should be able to change ur e-mail if u misspelled it. i had to do that. if u have nemore questions ask me at skool

yes!! i can!!! you have to confirm your account by reading ur mail in ur email address, you might have spelled it wrong, i did but i finally corrected it!!!
