Well, they'll investigate and find the culprit and ban him/her.
then they'll get your gold back. Just takes about a week to
get a response. At the bottom of the page is a contact us
link.

Oh no! The same thing happened to my friend, but she lost almost 100k and her collectables. But she reported as soon as it happened, and she got all of her stuff back.
