The Gogh Reed and Body Dye are going to be the worst part...You might be able to try out some alternatives to the dye, such as Padmavati's Lotus, if you don't mind the blue bits in the skin. It might actually look really nice, since you have blue hair, and it gives you a ton of other items to use as well. It's just an idea that would save you about 2 million gold, if you think it looks ok.
