[What happens is his minions arrive, they carry her in. People stare. He explains to the staff of the dorm(?) what happened, charms the reception in the process. They tuck her in. He leaves a note behind explaining what happened. PS,please refrain from inviting yourself into other peoples' homes. It's rude. Get well soon.
I thought it would be a good place to end. I do need to go back on hiatus by next week to start focusing on stuff. sad It was nice bringing him back tho, even for a little while. smile ]
Takara bolts out the door so fast, there had been no room for Kyouya to even say a word. His eyes widen slightly at her pratfall. Was he surprised? Not really, no. He chooses to trust she'll do well when she quickly picks herself up again.
"My, my..." Kyouya shakes his head as he turns the key on the ignition. He makes another brief call. "Tachibana. It's me again. Can you take a detour? Buy some gyokuro at Ebisuya Market and drop it off at the said address instead. Thank you."
That should make her feel better, he tells himself before driving off.

[snap. I had already written a reply ahhaa. Oh well.
[He was saying that to get her to wake. But tea is still fine. No can do on the miso soup. sad ]
Her voice catches Kyouya's attention, prompting him to look over his shoulder.
"Ah. Takara-san. You're finally awake," He says sitting upright now. "Well, we're outside your unit... Have been for a while now, actually." He fills her in, quietly leaving out the state of delirium. "How are you feeling?"
That's awesome! I wish I could get in contact with some of my friends from the old days. It's so sad. We were all so close back then, but that was like... 15 years ago. Wow, I'm getting old.
[ Gomen-nasai. :'( ] Kuso. He suspected it was all pretend and strategized accordingly, but perhaps that was overestimating the likes of her. It's evident now Takara's acting on delirium. Now he's stuck in an even more compromising position. He swiftly, but carefully, pulls away and sticks to the farthest end of his seat, glaring out the window.
He feels a soft buzz from his pocket. Could it be? It prompts him to pull out his phone.
It's Tachibana. He and Hotta are near.
Oh wow. I haven't thought of MSN Messenger in a while! I never really used it all that much. I had AOL for Desktop with a dial-up connection when I was young, so it already had a built in messenger program. I used Microsoft Live Messenger in high school and my early college years though.
Seconds turn to minutes. As it does, the frosty winds whirl faster and beat harder against the car. At this rate he could not just leave her outside even if he wanted to.
Kyouya folds his arms to keep warmer, and stares at Takara beside him. He takes note of the strands falling across her face as she mumbles about her fever dreams. It's alarming to think that all these years, she still carries thoughts of him even in her sleep. Kyouya couldn't help but wonder...
He leans closer and speaks just above a whisper. "Hey. If you wake up, I'll make you some hot tea."
[Well, I would say it would've been impossible for him not to have bawled like a baby. He's a soft boy at heart. But as far as the manga canon goes, he's always been a little snark as young as a kindergartner. Here and here. He's talking about the benefits of oranges and putting the son of wealthy orange/produce dealer to shame.]
And of course she falls asleep. How convenient could that get? Kyouya swears under his breath. If Takara hadn't seemed legitimately sick, he would have dismissed this as a ploy of hers to make things more difficult for him.
He detested physicial labor. With his build, there was no way he could carry Takara in without dragging her through the snow... and of course that option was out of the question. It would be unbecoming of him, not to mention leave him liable for hypothermia. Still, he considered it more than he should.
As soon as he pulls over in front of her unit, he reaches for his phone an punches a few buttons to make a call.
"Tachibana. Yes, it's me. Drop what you're doing and head for the grounds of X campus, stat... yes, I'll text you the exact address. Bring either Hotta or Aijima along. I'll be needing your help bringing in some girl who had passed out in my car... long story." He glances at Takara and remembers the security breach.
"Oh, and Tachibana.? I'll have a word with you...later." Kyouya's eyes narrow.
He ends the call and turns to Takara, still fast asleep. All he could do now was wait until they arrive or she wakes up on her own volition.
[are you kidding me?? I'm dying from the moe and and I need them!! ......... I just don't have a conceivable situation where Kyouya would. -_- -mumble-]
"Be serious." He tells her bluntly. Any hint of interest dissolves as he now turns his focus on the road. It's something he wouldn't have said to a guest, but he's made it perfectly clear he no longer has any obligation to titillate anyone's fantasies. His hosting days are long gone.
He steers the wheel to turn right. "Being sick isn't a laughing matter." Kyouya's voice drips with reprimand.
][Haha, good call. And don't ask me, I won't even question how time and space works here.
May I know what glasses you're using on your avatar, btw?]
"I'm dropping you off at your doorstep. It wouldn't be a problem." Kyouya says as he straps his own seatbelt. He reaches overhead to adjust the rearview mirror. As he does, he catches a glimpse of Takara not quite looking like her spirited self.
He says nothing in reply and instead readjusts the scarf around his own neck to keep the warmth. Kyouya lifts his head and looks to the skies. It's telling him they better get a move on before the weather could get worse. After locking the door, he trudges through the fallen snow towards his car.
It was a relatively new--functional enough to get around, yet commanded a presence with its sleekness. A true reflection of its owner.
He opens the passenger door for Takara. "Where you live now?" he asks her with a mild curiosity.
He takes a single glace outside the wide windows of his unit.
"No, I insist. I don't doubt your ability to take care of yourself Takara-san, but definitely not in this weather." It would be uncouth of him to let her otherwise. And he still had a conscience, after all.
He shrugged on his coat, and opens the door for her.
See, I'm much more into very introspective kinds of anime like .hack//Sign. The plot was slow because the it focused on the characters' interactions rather than the action that would come with an MMO. I played Runescape back in the day too. The one they're calling "old school" Runescape isn't even the oldest version. That one's from 2006; I played the 2003 version. I also used to play something sort of like Gaia Towns called Furcadia. I do believe it's still around but undergoing some long overdue maintenance.
