It's annoying and still in pain... fastest time I can see a doctor who works with the Orthopedic surgeon is next Thursday.
It's also a bother trying to put the arm forward (so I can type), which is, as I mentioned the reason why I'm away for hours at a time.

The reactions in the show are so realistic sometimes, that it feels like a parody (they have a bunch a parodys hidden around the series you might catch). lol
Hmmm, I would only say that Gintama sometimes has deep traditional Japanese inside jokes;
which may take some kind of mental comprehension occasionally, but when you get past that---- it's pretty hilarious indeed. lol
