My memory was gone one night..
Oh so long ago..
I awoke to the dawns first light..
And sat in sarrow..
I knew no name or thought of who i was.
Just that i was on a long empty beach alone.
A slow memory slid in my mind as a thought does..
And i thought i made it up all along...
I stayed on that beach for far longer than i should..
The sky was covered with stars when i fell away..
What memory i had came then, when it could..
It told me what had happend today...
The one i loved was dead...
Her ship long below the sea..
And as i shook with dread..
I knew she would never come back to me...
Now i wonder the world..
No hope left to guide me..
In my mind her lovely face swirled...
And her voice to beautiful to realy be...
My will to remember was not gone that night..
And her memory came with a cost..
But still i fight...
Her wonder never again to be lost...
