Haha, I don't think it's realistic! XD More arcade style, which makes it fun to follow!

If you're interested in a realistic zombie story, then you should really read Pariah!
It's not an anime nor manga, though! But it's definitely VERY realistic AND a zombie story, so I think you'd enjoy it!

And oh yeah, I've seen some of that. It's a bit cliche and unnecessarily pervy, but enjoyable, nonetheless. XD
