Step 1- Configure your usb flash drive with your xbox transfer your gamesave and your xbl profile to the flashdrive
step 2- download modio link can be found here--> http://www.game-tuts.com/community/index.php?pageid=modio
step 3- make a modio account
step 4- search gta4 in modio download the mods to your usb flashdrive
step 5- take the flashdrive out of your comptuer and transfer your gamesave and profile back to your xbox
step 6- you should have mods if you dont go to youtube and search "how to mod gta4 with modio"
