well you inhale the smoke so it gets in your lungs, then you exhale the smoke. then it's pretty much the same routine untill the cherry hit's the filter.lol

yeah dude it's so badass. I say it's way better than GTA4, and mostly everyone agree with me. Have you ever gotten drunk before? well everyones different when thair drunk. some people are outgoing and annoying, some people are just like blank and dont say a word, but me... i'm just chill and try not to get on peoples case about something.
