About
Please allow me to introduce myself...I am Augustus Duvall. A vampyr who's first appearance was in 1819, 78 years prior to Dracula's publication. Whereas he was slain, and his conquest of Mina Harker thwarted, I ended my tale twice triumphant, my only obstacle disregarded and wasted away, and most importantly, I didn't die.
The inspiration for my character came from Lord Byron, whose biography is featured on my profile. He spun "A fragment of a Novel" as a guest of the Shelleys, the same night Mary Shelley first told Frankenstein. So I guess that makes me Frankenstein's cousin.
