...Well, maybe I've read it in the wrong way, but ATARI realy have some problems, with money I think (read on a borrowed journal once, sorry), and since ANY game CANNOT come out if nobody is here to publish it, they either have to fix their problem, or we must hope for a publisher to step in as soon as possible...
...I've never tried to play an USA game on my PC, so I don't know if they works or not.
I don't know if it's like the console videogames, the USA use NTSC, the Europe use PAL, and they aren't compatible so you can't but one game of one type to play with the console of the other.
