Yes, it has been very cold for about 3 weeks & snowed for about 1 week ... we might be getting more too! xp
The only problem is it stops you from doing you're daily duties ... going to Uni in the freezing cold on slippy streets and public transport being cancelled is no fun :[
BUT I didn't have to go in until it was gone anyway, so it was fun whee lol, why don't you come visit your brother one winter and have fun in the snow? Hatfield is near London & they always get plenty of it!
Japan sounds awesome too! I'd love to go someday myself ^^
