As approved by Sneeuw the Magistrate and High Powderpuff of the Third Order of All Things Well and Good,

This document hereby decrees that Sneeuw shall donate to one Ms. IICON at any point which Sneeuw may have enough gold to do so.

This contract is legal and binding. Should Sneeuw fail to answer to the terms in the contract, it should be considered a breach of contract, and therefore gives Ms. IICON the right to tie Sneeuw upside-down to a tree and stuff feathers in her shirt, should she see fit to do so.
