I've noticed pretty much everyone is gone. like 2-3yrs ago gone now. I mostly came back because my ankle biter joined gaia and I wanted to watch over her.
I stopped lending money to people many, many years ago when I realized even good friends thought that "borrowing" money meant "never returning it ever again." Now, the only person who I lend money to is my mother. Because she pays me back. If anyone asks me for money now, I instead try to figure out a way with them that they can save their own damned money. Did you really need that new video game? No? Then that's $60 you could've saved, goddamn it.
Haha, I don't think my husband would appreciate it if I brought some other guy home. xD I'm only gonna be away for 6 days. Leaving Thursday, arriving in London Friday morning, leaving London the following Thursday. I keep having nightmares that I've forgotten something before I go on my trip. Like I've left my passport, or my camera or something.
I might go this year, depending on what else I'm doing within this short span of time. I'm leaving for London on Thursday, and we kinda made plans to head to Paris at the last minute, so that was another... nearly $700 charged to my credit card at the last moment. I'm still paying back the cost of the flight to London and now the trip to Paris is added on top of it. Also, I'm going to the Renaissance Faire, so I gotta budget for that. But it's looking good so far that I'm going to the ComicCon. When is it again, October? I might be there. I'll have to see, though.
I as banging out some avatar art since my computer's going down the shitter. I have some monster Trojan that likely was because my roomie keeps trying to download ******** Naruto mangas from shady sites. Now she has an iPad 2 so she doesn't have to use my computer anymore, but goddamn. Damage done already.
I owe two more people avatar art. And I've been scrambling to do them at the same time. It's driving me nuts. How have you been?
Oh man. I'm exhausted. I went to the cherry blossom festival yesterday with my roomie and all 3 of my sisters. We only saw one exhibit, but it felt like we were walking for hours. Which, kinda, we were. Took us forever to get down to Brooklyn.
I was so tired when we got back that I went to sleep at 9:30 and didn't get up until a little while ago.
