Hmm, well, ordering cosplays online is expensive and unoriginal. :< You could use a blue berret for the hat. xD -shrugs-

:3 Well, lolita is sort of inspired from victorian dresses. 8D Big poufy dresses. 3nodding And they're both elegant wear. Well then again, it depends on the lolita. xD Wa-loli's pretty cool, too. It's like kimono-ish patterned lolita. <3
