Hoboy. Sooo it's been super long since I last updated this, WOW! I have now moved from working full-time back to school (Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, woot!!), have a primary partner of now 2.5yrs (male), and am once again living in a different state. RPing and story-writing went bye-bye within the first year of moving and sure as hell aren't happening while I'm in grad school. XD I'm a TA for the online program, plus doing human sexuality research, plus school, plus I get to see clients next year. Super busy, super stressed, very exciting times. :3

NOTE: Still no random friend requests. Chat-speak requests will get you an instant "no" and possible block. I'm here for the avvies and folks I know, and maybe one day to get back into RP...if that thing called "free time" ever exists again, lol. Thank you for your consideration.

Ah it's okay, life tends to do that to people =P And yeah... I hear ya though, I kinda wanted to believe that the ED was a place people could actually talk about serious stuff and expect to be taken seriously but... *sigh*
I never got a reply back from the person so I assume they just decided not to bother any more -especially since the topic got moved to the GD without any warning whatsoever despite not having violated any of the policies. Obviously a spite mod move.

Thank you Angel! *big hug* And I completely agree. It was a thread here in the ED that inspired my rant, and i'm waiting for a reply to the person i quoted, if I get a reply.
And really, it's not even about Winning! or any of that crap. it's about getting the message across and if they can't accept it, then well *shrug* at least I can possibly get through to other people who may not me posting, but who may be lurking and reading what's being said.

I'm sorry about your break-up though, =< and your friend's mom's passing as well.

My holiday's been good to me. Got to finally ditch the annual family dinner (cause frankly they ain't family to me, none of 'em) I couldn't before because I had to stay to make sure nothing happened to my stuff, but since getting a lock on the door that's no longer an issue. Spent time with my half-brother, then with my dad and even got to spend time with real fam at an anniversary/new years's party at the place where I go to attend a creative writing group. (I consider them my family more than the immediate members xD)

Got an awesome sketchbook and pen as presents from a wonderful friend, and enjoyed myself some pie, icecream and winecoolers into the new year lol

Got any resolutions?

I've been catching up on a backlog of games and working on getting some proper id to make job hunting easier, and aside from that been trying to get myself to draw so I can actually update this profile. OTL
