The Tales series is a series of video games for pretty much any platform (Nintendo [GameCube, Wii], Sony[Playstation, PSP], Microsoft[Xbox]).
It was created by Kosuke Fujishima, who also created the anime/manga series "Ah! Megamisama!" AKA "Ah!My Goddess!" which is serialized in print by DarkHorse Comics.
The series does not include Utada Hikaru's "Simple and Clean"; that is Kingdom Hearts, which is from Disney and unreleated to the Tales series.
The Tales series does include some famous Japanese music though, such as a kareoke version of "KARUMA" by BUMP OF CHICKEN (the opening theme to Abyss).
Tales of Legendia is not a game in the Tales series.
The Tales series does have a few OVAs (which stands for Original Video Adaptation). I know Symphonia (for GameCube) does, and Abyss (for Xbox360) as well, but i'm not sure about the others right now.
The Tales character Lloyd Irving (from Symphonia) also appears as a playable character in SoulCalibur: Legends.
Just needed to get all of that straight, it was just killing me seeing such misinformation about Fujishima-sama's wonderful work! He is one of my idols, I can't see such disrespect and not say something!
