I just wanted to say thank you so much for helping me with my problem! I have no idea how it happened, but I think the reason why it wasn't installing was because it already WAS installed on my external hard drive and I didn't know...but either way, thanks for your help, your tips were really easy to follow, and I'm not good with computers...thanks!
