Ouch been through that as a seasonal sales a**. for Macy's. Costumers barely or literally have no trouble with me since I kinda naturally have a cheery tone. But I cannot deny that I have seen both employees and some customer's nasty attitude. My manager was the number thing I honestly did not and funny enough that many of the other managers were beginning to question his methods when they saw how he treats me. However I just rub it off and say its probably on my accidental mishaps. But questionable at best since many sales a**. were able to do it but not me?... I truly do not know.

Better to look forward to good and chill then to expect the bad that is a norm around ya, ya know? If you do then life gets pretty dull fast.
