1. NO BEGGING. This includes begging for free items, for lower prices, etc.

2. NO LOWERING THE PRICES. I price my items to something I consider fair to both the buyers and me.
If something doesn't sell fast enough I might lower the price.

3. NO REQUESTS. If I have something that's not in the store, it's not for sale.

I sell what I don't want, need, or just have to sacrifice in order to raise gold. And if given any good offers I might also think about it.
